کب From entering ihram until you begin stoning Jamrat al-ʿAqabah on the 10th (the view of most scholars). Men say it aloud, women quietly.
لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ، لَبَّيْكَ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْكَ، إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَكَ وَالْمُلْكَ، لاَ شَرِيكَ لَكَ
معنیHere I am, O Allah, here I am. Here I am, You have no partner, here I am. All praise and all blessing are Yours, and the dominion. You have no partner.

کب On the Day of Arafah, many times, between your own du'as.
لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
معنیThere is no god but Allah, alone, without partner. His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He has power over all things.

کب Morning and evening, and again and again through the afternoon of Arafah.
اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي، لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ، خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ، وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ، أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَىَّ وَأَبُوءُ لَكَ بِذَنْبِي، فَاغْفِرْ لِي، فَإِنَّهُ لاَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ
معنیO Allah, You are my Lord. There is no god but You. You created me and I am Your servant. I hold to Your covenant and Your promise as far as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil I have done. I admit Your favour upon me, and I admit my sin. So forgive me, for no one forgives sins but You.

کب Whenever you turn back to Allah after a sin. A du'a from the Qur'an.
رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ
معنیOur Lord, we have wronged ourselves. If You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we will surely be among the losers.

کب In tawaf, between the Yemeni corner and the Black Stone. It is also one of the best du'as at any time.
رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
معنیOur Lord, give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.

کب As you come near Safa to begin sa'y.
إِنَّ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةَ مِن شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ
معنیIndeed, Safa and Marwah are among the symbols of Allah.

کب When you finish each rite, and at the end of your hajj. Ibrahim and Ismail said it while raising the foundations of the Ka'bah.
رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا إِنَّكَ أَنتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
معنیOur Lord, accept this from us. You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
